Hi, I'm Fadi Samaan, a resident physician-scientist with an MD and a Master's in Clinical Research. I work at the intersection of medicine, research, and data analytics, with a focus on turning complex clinical questions into evidence that actually changes how we care for patients.

My research spans the full spectrum, from basic science and translational research to drug development and patient outcomes studies. This breadth gives me a unique perspective: I understand how discoveries move from the bench to the bedside, and where the gaps in evidence tend to emerge along the way.

On the analytics side, I specialize in taking messy, real-world clinical data and building the analytical frameworks needed to make sense of it - whether that's for a research study, a quality improvement initiative, or a strategic decision. I care about rigor, but I care just as much about making findings accessible to the people who need to act on them.

I also write and teach through my Academy blog, where I break down statistical and research concepts for clinicians and students who want to understand the data behind the medicine without needing a PhD to follow along.
